The left behind, essay talked about how that society has changes.It changes because now kids are not safe in there school,Kids in the school are more viloent because of what happens in there home.People that usually are fighting in school and dont listen are the kids that most likely will be left behind because of the things that happen in there home.

The essay left behind is mainly about a student speaking out about how they feel the inner schools dont get treated the same as the suburban schools. The suburban schools get lounges to lay down and read in where as, some of the inner schools dont even get desks. Also how the teachers in the inner schools seem to not care about thir students education, for example, they watch soap operas at school.
